·         1 lb. ground beef

·         1 Tablespoon Cooking oil

·         3/4 teaspoon salt

1.       Bring ground beef out of the fridge before 20-25 minutes of cooking and leave it at room temperature so you can cook it more evenly.

2.       Take a large frying pan (non-stick is preferred) and add cooking oil to it. Turn on the flame and wait for 2 minutes until it gets hot.

3.       Add ground beef to the pan and spread it into a flat layer using a spatula. Like you are making it for a hamburger.

4.       Stay relaxed for 5 minutes, and let it cook untouched. It will create a brown crust.

6.       Leave it for another 5 minutes and then again flip it with the help of a spatula.

7.       Add pepper and salt to it. You can also add it in mid-cooking if you want.
