HOW TO STAY HEALTHY
Health is the never ending hot-topic of the month and generally you’ll find that the latest talking point in health is usually some genius writer finding a new way to re-hash the same tried and tested things we already know. Listen, I’m not saying I am going to be any different at telling you what is known to work on the topic of how to stay healthy. What I do know however is the earlier you take control of you and your family’s health the better. Stop listening to companies trying to sell you health products you don’t need. Your back is perfectly fine, you probably don’t need posture correcting and a twenty dollar amazon product isn’t going to fix it. Whilst we are on the subject, don’t spend fifty quid on cbd oil if you really don’t need it, you won’t get high and it will be a waste of beer rounds - ha!
