Pan Fried Noodles Ingredients

  • 1 Packet of noodles 

  • Chicken breast

  • 3 Large Eggs

  • 5 Sprigs Onions, whites, and greens chopped separately

  • 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper (sliced) Cabbage (shredded/diced) and carrot, julienne

  • 5 Garlic cloves, grated

  • 1 Ginger grated

  • 2 Green Chili, slit

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper Powder

  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar, Sugar and Red Chili Sauce

  • Salt to taste

  • Healthy Oil as per need

Pan Fried Noodles How to Make

  • First, cook the noodles as per packet instructions for some time and then drain one more time with cold water.

  • Now wash and clean the chicken breast and boil these chicken pieces.

  • When it is cooked, drain the water, and finely chop or shred it. Add little salt and pepper powder to it.

  • In a pan, add little oil, and when it’s hot break the eggs. Saute them on medium to high flame. Now add a little salt to taste and stir fry for 1 minute

  • In the same pan, add more oil, and in batches add noodles and fry them on Medium to High heat.

  • Keep on stirring them continuously so that they won’t stick to the pan and don't let the noodles form nest or stick to one another. Keep on separating them.

  • Stir-fry the noodles until they become a consistent dark brown color. Now set it aside.

  • Now add little oil and add first add ginger, garlic, and green chili in the same pan. Then add all vegetables except spring onion greens and salt to taste and keep on stirring them.

  • Cook the veggies until they will start leaving a nice aroma.

  • Add Soy Sauce, sugar, vinegar, pepper powder, and red chili sauce. Stir well. 

  • Finally add chicken, egg and noodles, and the spring onion greens.

  • Mix well and serve these pan fried noodles hot!
