It should be kept in mind before starting that the cooking time and temperature vary with the cooking way, size, and shape of a steak. So, here is the guide to your desired cooking steak temperature (you can check the temperature with a thermometer).

·         Cooked Steak Temp Rare: If you want to rare cook your steak with a cool red center, cook it at 125˚F.

·         Cooked Steak Temp Medium Rare: If you want to medium-rare cook your steak with a warm red center, cook it at 135˚F.

·         Cooked Steak Temp Medium: If you want to medium cook your steak with a warm pink center, cook it at 145 ˚F.

·         Cooked Steak Temp Medium Well: If you want to cook your steak medium well with a slightly pink center, cook it at 150 ˚F.

·         Cooked Steak Temp Well Done: If you want to cook your steak thoroughly and fully with little or no pink color at the center, cook it at 160 ˚F.
